About Adei Institute of Technology

Our Mission

"We drive socio-economic development in Côte d'Ivoire and the region through technology by fostering opportunities for entrepreneurs, talent and innovation."

The Challenges We Address

We address the two main challenges faced by tech-focused start-ups: access to capital and a qualified talent pool.

Powered by African Diaspora

Our social enterprise is powered by African diaspora who achieved success at the highest standard of excellence, internationally, willing to extend their knowledge, expertise, resources and connections to deserving talents back in Africa, combining external know-how and local strengths to duplicate their success.

2026 Momentum & Operational Milestones

Adei Institute has translated its restructured model into immediate execution, operational readiness, and tier-one corporate partnerships:

• Strategic Collaboration with SAP: Completed a 4-week on-site Social Sabbatical engagement with SAP enterprise strategists (via Pyxera Global) to build our go-to-market strategy and enterprise service catalogue. The SAP consultant team has since transitioned into an ongoing SAP Advisory Council for Adei Institute.
• FDFP Regulatory Accreditation: Fully accredited under Côte d'Ivoire's Fonds de Développement de la Formation Professionnelle, allowing local enterprise clients to fund corporate training via national payroll tax levies.
• Enterprise Training Launch: Physical hub active in Abidjan delivering executive and professional education while preparing selective Fellowship cohorts.
• National Media Visibility: Featured across national television (RTI) and regional press, highlighting Adei Institute's role in scaling technology talent and enterprise capacity across Côte d'Ivoire.

2018–2023: Track Record & Foundation

Adei Institute of Technology launched in Abidjan in 2018 as a nonprofit program under the Adei Foundation, built on a simple observation: tech-focused startups across the region faced two persistent challenges — access to capital and a qualified talent pool. Over five years, Adei Institute addressed both directly, delivering technical bootcamps, startup acceleration, and ecosystem-building programs across Côte d'Ivoire and, later, the wider continent — including pan-African partnered programs like the Africa Virtual Accelerator and Google's Machine Learning Bootcamp.
