Why H&V Capital?
For five years, we ran accelerator programs and connected tech startups to investors across Francophone Africa. But over time, one thing became clear: a persistent funding gap remained — one that the role of connector alone could never close.
To solve this structurally, rather than continue working around it, we chose to build our own catalytic capital instrument. This approach also answers the need to develop the talent pipeline, with a model engineered to self-fund and scale.
